2. Proposal to approve the meeting presidium, secretariat and verification committee for the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

3. Meeting regulations and voting procedures.

4. Board of Directors’ report on 2023 results and the 2024 action plan.

5. General Management’s report on 2023 business performance and directions for 2024.

6. Supervisory Board’s report on 2023 activities and its 2024 plan.

7. Proposal to approve the 2024 business plan.

8. Proposal to approve the audited financial statements for 2023.

9. Proposal on the distribution of 2023 profits.

10. Proposal on the selection of an independent auditor for 2024.

11. Proposal to approve the actual 2023 payroll fund and the planned payroll fund for 2024.

12. Proposal to finalise 2023 remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board and approve their planned remuneration for 2024.
